What is a “Service provider” in CUSMEX programs?

They are companies and/or professionals that provide various services, such as: Lawyers Accountants Consultants Logistics and transport companies Marketing and advertising companies Banks And any other services required by participants in the programs.

Once you have finished the registration process you will receive an email confirming that the application has been received. The audit will last 3 to 4 days, at the end you will receive a document with the result via email. If the administrative audit has a positive result, an in-person visit of an auditor to your company will be scheduled. The results of the face-to-face audit will be sent to you via email within 2 to 3 business days. If the result is positive, you will receive your electronic certificate in the same email. If you receive a negative result, you can file an appeal at no cost within the first 30 days after you receive the result.


I already have my certificate, what is next now?

Within 2-3 business days of receiving certification, your business information will be posted on the CUSMEX website of the program you enrolled in.


How many programs is this certification valid for?

The certification is valid only for the program in which you have enrolled, either as a “participant” of the program or as a “service provider”.


It is important to clarify that you can be certified to be a “participant” or “service provider” in the same program. To do this, you must complete two separate certifications.


How many programs can I participate in or serve?

You can participate in as many programs as you want to. You will pay 100% of the cost for the initial certification and 50% for each additional certification.


What is the price of certification?


It is important to understand that getting certified does not guarantee you business, but it does give you international exposure and networking, as well as the opportunity for expansion in North American markets.
